Please fix the issues..

I have a iPhone 6 Plus. I tend to use this app daily. I have never had any issues with the app not working, until now. It hardly will load the app. When it does it will freeze on my screen or when I try to edit by adding a picture of my reward card when it says "loading" it will randomly close the app on its own or it will freeze my whole screen and wont let me do anything nor does it let me close it out. Im not sure what the issues are but, I would gladly appreciate it if you could fix it asap so I can start using the app again. I love this app but now Im starting to wonder if I should find another app to use which makes it a pain to transfer all my reward information to something else when I rather indeed still be using this one.
